Modules 1 & 2 – Personal Development
Personal Development is the focus of the 1st and 2nd modules in our program, and there’s a crucial reason for this…

Email marketing is one of the best and most cost effective methods of online advertising and attracting new clients. But don’t be fooled… It’s not as simple as just writing an email, clicking send and hoping for the best.
It is one of the hardest avenues to master. Done poorly, it will drive away clients. Done correctly, it will bring you more revenue than you thought possible.
Email marketing is simply sending a commercial message to a group of people (your subscribers) using email, but using the skills of effective headline and copywriting.
Your business has the potential to acquire a high R.O.I for a relatively low investment. The investment on your part is only through consistency, skill and patience.

- This includes promotion of self or another business, event, or product, including handing out invitations to events or parties or product literature not associated with The Company. Violation will result in removal of the attendee(s) from the seminar, and being barred from any future live seminars, without refund for the seminar.
III. RECORDED SEMINARS, LIVE AND RECORDED WEBINAR, AND PURCHASE OVERVIEW
a. Access to recorded seminars nd webinars will be through purchases for a term “for life” as defined above. During that term, the Customer will have access to the recorded seminar or webinar.
b. Access to live webinars: Customers who purchase live webinars will have access to the webinar while it is being streamed, unless otherwise agreed upon. Live webinars are not streamed through The Site, rather, upon purchase the Customer will be given a link to join the live webinar through the platform the Company uses. This link will be provided to the Customer prior to the scheduled date and time of the webinar. Access to live webinars does NOT include access to the recorded version of the live webinar unless otherwise advertised as such.
c. Recordings of live webinars and recorded webinars:
- Recordings of live webinars: IF the recording of the live webinar is included in the purchase of the live webinar and advertised as such, Customers who purchase live webinars will have access to the recording “for life”, as outlined above. The recording is available 1-3 weeks after the live webinar, at which time it will be added to the Customer’s account on the Site and the customer will be notified by email
- Purchase of recorded webinars: Customers who purchase recorded webinars will have access to the recorded webinar “for life”, as defined above
d. NCCAOM PDA and other State CEU webinars: For content that is approved for NCCAOM PDAs and/or California CEUs, Customers must fulfill all NCCAOM and State requirements before being awarded PDA’s or CEU’s. There may be requirements in addition to those outlined here, and Customers should consult the NCCAOM or their State Board for that information.
- Live PDA/CEU webinars and seminars: Customers must attend the ENTIRE live seminar or webinar to be eligible to receive PDA’s or CEU’s. Failure of the Customer to attend the full live webinar or seminar will forfeit eligibility for all PDAs or CEUs.
- Recorded PDA/CEU webinars and seminars: Customers must view the entire recording, as well as complete and pass all coursework, worksheets, and quizzes at the end of the recorded webinar before being awarded any PDA or CEU’s. Upon completion of the required worksheet, quiz, and evaluation, the Customer will receive an email from the NCCAOM within 72 hours with a link to the PDA/CEU certificate.
IV. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
a. Live seminar cancellation/refund policy: There are no refunds.
- For cancellations two or more weeks before the live seminar, a credit for a live seminar will be issued, less a $40.00 administrative fee. Credit must be used within the same calendar year as the live seminar that originally purchased. Note: Credit must be used in the same calendar year. The credit can be used for a seminar in the following year, as long as that seminar is purchased in the same calendar year as the seminar missed. Example: Using a credit in October of 2019 by applying it to a seminar in June 2020.
- Cancellations within 2 weeks or less of the seminar: No refunds or credits
b. Recorded webinars: No refunds or exchanges for recorded webinars
c. All sales are final, unless the Company is unable to provide the Product to the Customer. If the Company is unable to provide the Service, the Customer may receive a refund commensurate with the cost of the service not provided
a. No part of the Site or the content thereof may be copied, reproduced, imitated, displayed, stored, or transmitted without prior written permission from both the Company and the Author of the content. All content remains the property of the Author of that content and the Company. Content found to be shared or downloaded without the permission of Chinese Medicine That Works, Ltd.., will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
VI. CONTENT FOR CUSTOMER ONLY
a. The Content is intended for use by the Customer only. It is a violation of these Terms and Conditions for the Customer to share his or her login information with a third party. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of the Customer’s access to the Site and Content and legal action. In the aforementioned case, no refunds will be given
