Re-Activating Existing Clients – Get Them Back On Your Schedule!
In these current times of economic uncertainty, it seems like an endless battle to attract new patients into your TCM Practice. We tend to focus on spending so much time and money trying to attract new clients, all the while forgetting about servicing and nurturing our existing and inactive clients, which is infinitely easier than attracting new ones!
Whether you’ve been in practice for 2 years, 10 or even 20 years, you will have a huge database of patients who have used your services before, built rapport with you and enjoyed the experience with you, but have somehow slipped off your active patient list.
In this webinar, Hamish will cover:
-Why patients become inactive and how to prevent this from ever happening again.
-How to identify and classify your inactive patients.
-Implementing the different methods to re activate clients that have not been for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and longer.
-The biggest mistakes practitioners make when trying to reactivate patients.
-How to create and use your patient database to ensure inactive patients become active again.
-Reeling inactive patients back in with attractive, meaningful and relevant content.
