What can I expect for a return on my tuition investment?
Many docs recoup tuition quickly; clinics that implement immediately typically recoup within a few months. Your pace will depend on patient volume and the pricing you choose. We've seen outcomes like 2–5× tuition in year one when the system is implemented as taught.
Is Harmonize™ right for me?
You're a licensed acupuncturist trained in Chinese herbal medicine. You own your clinic (or will very soon), with decision-making power over inventory and pricing. You want herbs to work and to pay well. That's who this training is built for.
I'm a little rusty with herbs. Will I be in over my head?
No. Harmonize runs on fewer than 20 classic formulas you already know and have almost certainly used. If you want a refresher, you get one before you attend. The weekend itself is hands-on practice, and six months of online support follow you home.
What is Harmonize Connect™?
The Harmonize weekend is only the beginning. All attendees are automatically enrolled in Harmonize Connect™, our six-month back-end implementation support system that guides every step of implementation starting the moment you get home. You can also schedule Harmonize Blueprint™ calls with Michael and Rebecca to go over the specifics of your practice, audit what you're doing, and implement in the way that makes sense for your goals.
Additionally, there are live weekly office hours with Chris Volesky for questions about herbs, diagnosis, and strategy, plus access to everything inside Hub Community, including ScriptAssist, where you upload the Harmonize intake form with tongue photos and Chris helps you with your patient cases. We really have you covered.
Is there an option to pay my tuition over time?
Yes. Upon acceptance you'll be offered the option to place a deposit to secure your seat (with balance payment instructions and options to follow by email), or to pay your tuition in full, with pay-over-time options available at checkout. Deposits and payments in full are refundable in the event that the event is cancelled or acts of God.
My patients only come for acupuncture. Will they even pay for herbs?
Patients pay for herbs when herbs arrive as a plan: a reason, a duration, a check-in. What they refuse is a surcharge nobody explained. Harmonize covers how that conversation goes. Doctors using it report patients staying on plans month after month.
I've had herbs sit on my shelf and expire. How is this different?
Stock expires when you buy for every possibility, and you buy for every possibility when you don't know which formulas you'll actually reach for. Fix the choosing and the stocking fixes itself. Harmonize runs on fewer than twenty classic formulas covering the majority of what walks in, so the same shelf turns over instead of aging.
I have limited space, or a restrictive lease. Can this still work?
Twenty formulas fit on one shelf. If your situation is tighter than that, bring it to a Harmonize Blueprint™ call and Michael and Rebecca will work it against your actual space and lease.
Will Harmonize ever be offered online?
Because Harmonize is a hands-on intensive training, it cannot be reproduced in an online format. Plan to travel and meet us at the venue.
