Is Harmonize™ right for me?
If you are trained in Chinese herbal medicine and a licensed acupuncturist who is confused & frustrated when it comes to making herbs work AND pay really well… AND
You own your clinic (i.e. not a contractor or employee) and have decision-making power over inventory and pricing - or plan to have your own clinic very soon… Then this training is perfect for you!

Is there an option to pay my tuition over time?
Yes! Upon acceptance you will be offered an option to either place a deposit to secure your seat after which you will receive an email with balance payment instructions/options OR you have the option to pay your tuition in full with pay over time options available at checkout. Deposits and payments in full are refundable in the event that the event is cancelled or acts of God.
What can I expect for a return on my tuition investment?
Many docs recoup tuition quickly; clinics that implement immediately typically recoup within a few months; your pace will depend on patient volume and pricing you choose.) We’ve seen outcomes like 7–10× tuition in year one when the system is implemented as taught.
I'm a little rusty with herbs. Will I be in over my head?
Absolutely not! Harmonize is based on less than 20 classic formulas. That’s it! This is all stuff you already know and formulas you have almost certainly used! You may just need a quick refresher which we provide before you even attend. You’ll receive everything you need to make this system work, TONS of hands-on practice and 6 months of online support to ensure success!
Will Harmonize ever be offered online?
Because Harmonize is a hands-on intensive training it cannot be reproduced in an online format. Plan accordingly to travel and meet us!
What is Harmonize Connect™ ?
Harmonize weekend is ONLY THE BEGINNING! All attendees are automatically enrolled in Harmonize Connect, our revolutionary 6-month back-end implementation support system that guides every step of the implementation of the Harmonize system starting immediately when you get home.Participants can also schedule in Harmonize Blueprint calls with Michael and Rebecca to go over the specifics of your practice, audit what you are doing and help you implement in a way that is most comfortable and makes sense for your goals. These are amazing value adds. Additionally, there are live weekly office hours available with Chris Volesky if you have any questions about herbs or diagnosis and strategy. You also have access to all of the incredible offering inside Hub Community including ScriptAssist where you upload the Harmonize Intake form with tongue photos from your patients and Chris helps you with your patient cases. We really have you covered!
